Image Hotel Management is seeking Regional Revenue Managers to join our growing corporate team. This role is critical to driving topline performance, profitability, and market share across an assigned portfolio of hotels. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and passionate about revenue strategy, while also being a strong partner to hotel leadership teams. The Regional Revenue Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and executing revenue strategies that maximize RevPAR, RevPAR Index, GOP, and overall profitability for assigned hotels. This role provides daily and strategic revenue leadership through pricing, forecasting, inventory management, demand analysis, and distribution strategy. The position works closely with General Managers, Directors of Sales, and corporate leadership to ensure disciplined execution of revenue initiatives aligned with brand and Image standards.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute revenue strategies to maximize revenue, profit, and market share across assigned hotels
Collaborate with GMs and Sales leaders to implement yield controls, pricing strategies, and inventory management
Analyze demand trends, pace, and channel performance to proactively adjust strategy
Own forecasting processes (daily, weekly, monthly, 30/60/90 day, annual budget support)
Analyze STR and competitive data to drive share growth and performance improvement
Manage brand and third-party channels, including OTA relationships and ROI analysis
Support group displacement analysis and pricing decisions
Ensure accuracy and optimization across PMS, CRS, and revenue systems
Lead and/or participate in revenue strategy meetings and communicate action plans clearly
Support brand compliance related to revenue systems, reporting, and strategy execution
Provide revenue training and guidance to hotel teams as needed
Participate in special projects and task force initiatives as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 3 years hotel revenue experience
Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
Solid understanding of hotel operations and revenue management principles
Experience with branded PMS/CRS systems and industry tools (STR, brand RM tools preferred)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on complex data
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple hotels and priorities
Professional, collaborative, and service-oriented approach
